Hello! Thanks for using our company's products! The door opened as soon as it was pushed hard, and it should be because the electromagnetic lock did not attract it. One reason is that the suction plate is too tight, use a screwdriver to loosen the middle screw a bit. The second reason is that the misalignment of the lock and the suction plate will cause the lock to have no suction, and it will open as soon as it is pulled, the magnetic lock is powered on to lock, and power off to unlock. The third reason is that the voltage is not enough, it is best to get electricity nearby. The fourth reason, please check whether the positive pole of the lock is connected to NC.
