Hello! Thanks for using our company's products! After you open our FCARD3500 software, click the "Help" button in the upper right corner to select the "Motherboard Voice Function" to be turned on. Then click "Other Function Settings" under the "Access Control Information" menu bar, and select "Voice Broadcast Settings".
