Hello! Thanks for using our company's products! After you open our FCARD3500 software, click on "Personnel Location" under the "Corporate Information" menu bar, and then read the card at the "Card Number". Then find the card in the "Personnel File" according to the information read out, and select the person. If you need to reissue the card, click "Edit", if you don't need to issue the card, click "Delete", before deleting the card, please delete the access control access level of the card and upload it to the controller!
