Hello, after you log in to the FCARD5000 consumption management system software interface, click "Card Operation", pull down the menu, and click "Card Loss Report", in the pop-up window, click "Select Person", then click Select, then enter the reason for reporting the loss, and then click "Report Loss and Upload".
