Hello! Thanks for using our company's products! Using our offline series of products, if you need to issue cards online, the original offline card issuer can still be used. After you open our FCARD3500 software, click "Issuance Card" under "Offline Access Control" under the "Access Control Information" menu bar, read the card number, and save the personnel information. Then, issue the card according to the online issuance procedure.
