Hello, welcome to use our products, thank you for your support. FC-8600T face recognition access controller and FCARD3500 software communicate through TCP/IP, First, please make sure that FC-8600T face recognition access controller and the computer where the software is located are in the same local area network.

Software installation FC-8600T face recognition access controller operation is as follows:

1. Automatic device search: Click the ‘Auto Search Device’ under the ‘Install Device’ menu in the software menu, select ‘TCP/IP LAN Communication Mode’, and click to start the search (pictured). After searching, you can double-click the device list to modify the IP.

2.  Install the device: After modifying the IP, you can check the device that needs to be installed, click ‘install device’, enter the installation interface, modify the corresponding information and parameters, and click ‘install’ to complete the installation of the device.

FCARD3500 software authorization operations are as follows:

1. New personnel: fill in the corresponding personnel information, such as name, card number, profile picture, personal password and other information. (with photos)
