Hi, we have install the FC-198E access controller and use for some times, but we forget the admin password and unlock password, can we find the admin password and unlock password or clear them?

Hello! Thanks for your support! FC-198E is not the network device, cannot directly get the admin password and unlock password, clear them just can be restored to factory default setting, following way can achieve:

1. Enter admin status (Command: * + admin password + #)

2. Restore to factory default setting (7 0 #)

Remark: Remove the base of equipment, it has a reset button, press the reset button with 3-5s, it will restore to factory default setting successfully.
