We installed a set of access control system, the power indicator is on, but the lock can’t work. After we used the battery, it turns normal again, why?

Hello, it maybe the weak voltage problem, please provide enough power (voltage and current) for the lock.

There are many reason for the unworkable problem

1. Weak voltage problem

2. Magnetic can’t match lock sensor area

3. Power anode problem

4. Thin cable lead to insufficient electric current (don’t use the network cable)

5. Long cabling length (use 1.0MM line,less than 50 meters is the best ) lead to insufficient electric current and voltage
