Details of the problem:
Excuse me, what is a form of online patrol, can you provide me the wiring instructions? Does the card reader is use RS485 connection way?

Hello! Thanks for your support！ Online patrol just can use under connected with the access control board, it's also equal the extension function of access control board. Our access control board only can connect with the wiegand format reader. Please wiring according to the access control board user manual, you can refer to the following picture:
