How to judge a problem when the door is locked and the door is not open?

Hello, thank you for using our company's products. If we can't open the door, please click on the following methods to check the problem.

1. First confirm whether all cards can't open the door. If most of the cards can open the door, a few card can't open the door. We should add the new permissions to the cards.

2. If it is all the cards can't open the door, make sure that the voltage of the lock is normal or not. If the voltage is not about 12V. The voltage too large can cause the damage of the lock or can't drive. If the voltage is normal, lock body part is normal or not open the door. You should add new permissions. If still can't open the door, put the device to restore initialization in to add the door access If still won't do, please return to factory maintenance.
