Use your MC-5824R Two doors access control Board with the RS485 communication to manage the access control, but cannot connect the device, and the communication is abnormal, can you judge what's wrong?

Hello, thank you for using our company's products. If there is an abnormal situation of RS485 communication, please check the following situations

1.The communication indicator light RX light is not bright. This is the serial port selection error or the serial port is damaged or occupied by other programs. Select the correct serial number and replace the other serial port (COM port).

2.The communication indicator light the RX light has always been bright. The RS485 bus A and B are connected to the opposite direction. Please click the correct order, A are connected A and B are connected to B.

3.The communication indicator light the RX light is shining, and the number of devices in the RS485 bus is too large, please reduce the number of access controllers or increase the signal amplifier.

4.The communication indicator light the RX light is bright, not bright or weak, and maybe the RS485 converter is damaged. Please replace the RS485 converter.

5.The communication indicator light the RX light is always bright or weak. There are several conditions: 1) the power supply isn't connected the ground, please connect it to the ground.  2) computer leakage or power supply leakage, replace power and grounding;  3) there is a strong electrical disturbance outside, need to eliminate the interference source and connect the power supply to the ground.
